We are opening a Sri Lankan restaurant in the heart of London! We are building a passionate, dynamic kitchen brigade to bring the vibrant flavours from Jaffna to Galle to the capital—from traditional lamprais and kottu to rich seafood curries. We are currently hiring for multiple roles in the kitchen:
Head Chef: Lead, inspire, and manage the kitchen brigade. Must have a sous chef experience and sound knowledge of Sri Lankan or South Indian cuisine, fully conversant with kitchen costings.
Sous Chef: Support the Head Chef, run daily operations, and maintain our high standards of food quality,be able to train new team members.
Jr. Sous Chef: Step up, assist with menu development, and oversee service sections.
Demi Chef de Partie: Be able to manage your own section with resposibility.
Commis Chefs: Enthusiastic cooks eager to learn authentic Sri Lankan food and cooking techniques.
Kitchen Porters: The heartbeat of our operation! Keep our kitchen organised, clean, and running efficiently.
