Duties
- Develop and implement strategic plans to attract new clients and projects within the construction sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion.
- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs, showcasing our services and capabilities.
- Utilise CRM software such as Salesforce to manage leads, track sales activities, and analyse pipeline performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively and efficiently.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the organisation’s services and generate new leads.
- Monitor project pipelines and ensure timely follow-up on potential opportunities.
Experience
- Proven experience in business development within the construction industry
- Demonstrable success in securing new business and expanding client portfolios.
- Proficiency in CRM software, particularly Salesforce, alongside other CRM tools.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, project management principles, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyse market data and develop strategic plans accordingly.
- Experience working with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms is highly desirable. Pay: £24,599.96-£64,935.91 per year
