Job Summary
We are looking for a full-time shop assistant to join our vibrant team in our Trafalgar Street branch. This role will require flexibility and the desire to help wherever is needed! Your responsibilities will include maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment, being punctual, reliable, and working with a smile.
Our ideal candidate is someone who appreciates the smell of freshly baked croissants and values working in a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with their orders and provide exceptional service
- Open the shop and close the shop
- Maintain a clean and organised shop environment & back of house
- Make good coffee
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain hygiene standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the shop
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
- Follow food safety regulations and our Food Safety Policy.
Requirements:
- Reliability and punctuality
- Strong work ethic
- Team spirit
- Food safety knowledge
- 1+ years customer facing experience
- Able to start work at 6am reliably and with energy!
