Job Purpose:
Supports training programme delivery by arranging training schedule and support requirements; welcoming and helping trainees; maintaining records.
Duties:
- Arranges training session by receiving and processing requests; notifying trainers; sending notifications to participants; maintaining training schedule.
- Arranges training and support requirements by reserving rooms; establishing room set-up; ordering audio-visual equipment, training materials, and supplies; contracting for lunch, and refreshments; researching and preparing purchase requisitions.
- Welcomes trainees by greeting and directing them; answering questions.
- Obtains trainee evaluations by initiating, distributing, and collecting evaluation forms from supervisors.
- Maintains training administration database by verifying and inputting data.
- Maintains training budget by entering and tracking expenses; preparing reports.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
- Accomplishes human resources and organisation mission by completing related results as needed.
