Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Senior Partner. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative assistance to ensure smooth daily operations within a professional environment. The ideal candidate will possess legal experience together with excellent organisational skills, be proficient in various office software, be able to demonstrate exceptional communication abilities .
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Senior Partner’s calendar, schedule meetings, prepare agendas and take minutes
- Oversee inboxes and manage documents, reports, and presentations whilst maintaining confidentiality in correspondence
- Acting as first point of contact for Senior Partner
- Working as part of a team with the other EAs
- Respond to correspondence where appropriate, via email, phone calls, and written communication with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist with data entry tasks ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including bookings for flights, accommodation, and transportation
- Maintain filing systems both digitally and physically to ensure easy retrieval of information
- Support with invoicing, completion statements and financial records
- Opening files within the Firm's Case Management System
- Supporting the Senior Partner with responses to Clients and all third parties where appropriate, carrying out property searches, AP1 applications, processing SDLT payments
- Proven administrative experience or previous office support roles with a law firm
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Pay: From £35,000.00 per year
