Your day will include:
- Leading and motivating the nursing team to deliver consistently exceptional clinical standards
- Chairside support across a full range of dental treatments
- Acting as the go-to person for clinical guidance and problem-solving
- Ensuring full compliance with CQC, infection control, and health & safety standards
- Managing surgery readiness, stock control, equipment checks, and audits
- Supporting recruitment, induction, training, and development of nurses and trainees
- Working closely with the Practice Manager, nurses and clinicians to keep the practice running smoothly
Who We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you will need current GDC registration and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. We value experience in leadership, but we are equally excited to support a motivated nurse ready to take that next step in their career within a calm and professional environment.
To make this role truly yours, you will need:
- Your GDC registration as a Qualified Dental Nurse.
- A background in a senior or lead nursing role or perhaps you are a talented nurse ready to take that exciting next step into leadership.
- Solid chairside skills across general dentistry.
- A natural ability to lead, listen, and communicate with warmth and clarity.
- A proactive, calm, and solutions-focused approach to everything you do.
- A genuine heart for patient care and maintaining high clinical standards.
