Job Description
Our Repairs and Maintenance teams play an important role in delivering safe, high-quality homes and excellent customer service. They provide vital support to ensure homes are safe, warm, dry, and well maintained - places residents are proud to live.
We are currently seeking an experienced Advanced Electrician to join a Responsive Repairs team on a permanent, full-time basis, working 39 hours per week:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 4:30pm
- Friday: 8:00am - 3:30pm
The role will cover Kensington & Chelsea and surrounding areas. Applicants should live within a reasonable commuting distance to ensure timely response to customers.
About the Role
The organisation delivers repairs, maintenance, and improvement services across residential properties. The team provides responsive housing repairs and maintenance services to ensure homes are safe, compliant, and maintained to a high standard.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Qualified Electrician with proven experience in domestic and commercial electrical works
- Strong knowledge and experience of fixed wire testing, installation, and maintenance up to 230v/415v
- Ability to complete certifications accurately and follow agreed procedures
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, data, and instructions accurately
- Experience working within a customer-focused environment and achieving performance targets
- Ability to carry out physical tasks and lift weights in line with health and safety guidance
- Good working knowledge of Health & Safety practices
Essential Qualifications
- IET EAS recognised core technical competence qualification - C&G 2365 or equivalent
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification
- IET EAS recognised Initial Verification and Inspection & Testing qualification - C&G 2391-52 or equivalent
Desirable Qualifications
- City & Guilds 2391 Inspection and Testing or equivalent
