A client of ours in the Clacton-on-Sea area are recruiting a Digital Marketing Executive to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm or 9:00am - 5:00pm and paying £30,000 - £40,000 per annum depending on experience.
Key Duties include but are not limited to:

Plans, manages, and optimises paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.

Monitors campaign performance, budgets, conversions, ROI and lead quality, making recommendations for improvement.

Supports SEO and AEO initiatives, including website optimisation, metadata, site structure, indexing, content performance, and AI-search visibility.

Creates and optimises landing pages, website content, and user journeys to improve lead generation and conversion rates.

Analyses website and campaign performance.

Produces performance reports and uses testing and data analysis to drive continuous improvement.

Creates and manages email marketing campaigns

Supports social media content planning and promotion across LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners

Keeps up to date with developments in paid media, SEO, AI search, analytics, and B2B digital marketing.
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Digital Marketing Executive position:
-
Holds a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications or demonstrates equivalent experience.

Additional certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, HubSpot, or digital marketing are advantageous

PPC and SEO knowledge

Previous experience in using Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Wordpress.

Ability to analyse campaign data
