About the Role,
We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable General Assistants to join our front-of-
house team at our exciting new venue in the heart of Kendal. This is a customer-
facing role ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, delivering great
service, and being part of a busy bar environment.

helping to ensure every guest has a great experience.

Key Responsibilities
Serving drinks at the bar quickly and professionally
Providing friendly and efficient table service
Delivering excellent customer service at all times
Clearing tables and keeping the venue clean and organised
Handling cash and card payments accurately
Assisting with setting up and closing down service areas
Following health & safety and licensing procedures
Supporting the team during busy periods
What We’re Looking For
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Reliability and flexibility with shifts (days/nights/weekends)
Previous bar or hospitality experience is essential
Willingness to learn and be a team player
Due to licensing must be 18+ to be considered for this role
Experience working with EPOS system or similar
