Role and Responsibilities
- Build and reconfigure Furniture
- Drivers license required
- Carry out logistical Moves
- CSCS card required
- Carry out residential and Commercial Moves
- Able to work with others disciplines to complete tasks to deadlines.
- Friendly and helpful nature with clients.
- Manage their time and resource productively
- Tackle problems with an imaginative “can do” attitude.
- Show conscientiousness and consistency.
- Good all round communication skills.
- Look for opportunities to improve service delivery.
- It is the responsibility of those who direct, control or appraise the work of others to ensure that the work is planned, managed and carried out safely. Their main focus is therefore implementation and checking that the arrangements are working in the areas under their control.
- Ensuring compliance to Consolidated Services health & safety management system.
- Don't allow activities under your control to proceed until they have been Risk Assessed, authorised and controls implemented. This must include assessments from contractors.
- Carry out monitoring and reporting activities at the recommended frequencies
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £14.00-£15.50 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Romford: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
