Recruitment Consultant Apprenticeship
Are you looking to start a career in recruitment? We have a fantastic opportunity working at a recruitment agency as a recruiter apprentice at our client’s office in Manchester M3. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to begin their career in recruitment with a keen interest in the education sector. This is an apprenticeship role with great progression opportunities where you will train on the job to become a skilled recruiter whilst gaining valuable experience in a supportive environment.
Apprenticeship: Recruiter Level 3
Working hours: Monday – Friday Between the hours of 7am and 5:30pm
Location: Manchester M3
Start date: ASAP
Pay: £20,000

Responsibilities:
· Source and attract candidates
· Screen, interview and assess candidates to ensure suitability
· Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing ongoing support and guidance
· Assist in filling daily, short term and longer-term vacancies for schools
· Develop an understanding of client schools and their staffing requirements
· Work towards daily and weekly activity targets
· Contribute to team targets and overall branch performance
Apprenticeship eligibility requirements:
- To not already hold a recruitment qualification at level 3 or above
- To meet course suitability and initial assessment requirements in English and maths
- To have the right to work in the UK and meet apprenticeship funding eligibility criteria
Pay: £20,000.00 per year
