We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Freelance Event Staff to join our team for various London events.
We are looking for staff to support in central London on 18th, 19th and 20th August with further dates in September and into the Autumn.
This role offers flexible working hours, allowing you to gain valuable experience in the event management and wellness industry.
The ideal candidate will be personable, organised, and capable of delivering exceptional service to event attendees.
Duties
- Assist with event setup and breakdown, including organising materials and equipment
- Welcome guests and ensure they feel comfortable upon arrival
- Support management with logistical tasks as required during the event
- Maintain a calm and beautiful space throughout the event
- Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless event experience
Skills
- Previous event experience is desirable but not essential; a friendly and approachable demeanour is vital
- Excellent communication skills
- Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks under pressure
- Adaptable and quick-thinking in dynamic environments
- Professional appearance and behaviour at all times
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as required
