RENOVATUS is a new Refurbishment Construction business that operates in the growing residential care sector. Although new it is a sister company of two very well established businesses operating in the same sector.
We are a very ambitious and forward-thinking company and we are currently looking for a highly-driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Chester.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who has a genuine interest in playing an active role in shaping and contributing to the strategic growth of the business.
About the Role - Senior Quantity Surveyor
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will lead and deliver refurbishment projects in the healthcare sector.
You’ll be responsible for providing quantity surveying and cost advisory services alongside contract administration, project & fund monitoring, project management and procurement strategy.
This role offers genuine involvement in the future direction and growth of the business. You will take on a strategic position with real influence, clear progression opportunities and strong support for ongoing professional and career development.
About You - Senior Quantity Surveyor
- A degree in Quantity Surveying
- Ideally MRICS qualified
- Confident, commercially aware and client-facing
- Experience delivering Construction & Refurbishment projects (ideally in the healthcare sector)
- Able to manage and deliver projects independently
- Happy to mentor and provide support to Apprentices, Graduates & Assistant level colleagues

Pay: £50,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
