Night Shift Oven Operative
Hours: 10:00pm – 6:00am
Pay: National Minimum Wage (or National Living Wage, as applicable) plus a night shift bonus. The night shift bonus will be discussed and agreed during the recruitment process.

At SnifSnax, we produce premium salmon-based pet treats that are enjoyed by dogs and cats across the world. We're looking for a reliable and responsible Night Shift Oven Operative to join our team and take ownership of our overnight baking operation.
What You'll Do
As our Night Shift Oven Operative, you'll be responsible for managing the baking process of our pet treats throughout the night, ensuring products are baked to specification, quality standards are maintained, and production is ready for the next stage each morning.
The role involves monitoring ovens, carrying out quality checks, recording production information, and following established procedures to ensure consistency and product safety.
Training
Full training will be provided.
The successful candidate will initially work on our back shift (12:00pm – 8:00pm) for up to two weeks to learn the role, processes, and procedures. Once fully trained, you will transfer to the permanent night shift and be responsible for running the operation independently.

Previous experience in food production or manufacturing would be beneficial but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
