Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer, Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX Conveyancer, Property Lawyer or Residential Property Fee Earner looking for a fully remote role with better support, stronger earning potential and a more manageable caseload?
This is a fully remote conveyancing role designed for someone who wants to focus on quality residential property work without being left to deal with every admin task, onboarding issue, completion chase and post completion matter alone.
You will handle a varied residential conveyancing caseload covering sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, new build, shared ownership, remortgage, transfer of equity and lease extension matters.

The Role
You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including:
- Sales and purchases
- Freehold and leasehold transactions
- New build
- Shared ownership
- Remortgage
- Transfer of equity
- Lease extensions
The firm uses modern, paperless systems and has built the role around giving experienced conveyancers the tools, structure and support they need to do the job properly.

About You
You may be a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX professional, Property Lawyer or experienced non qualified Conveyancer.
The key requirement is that you are confident running residential conveyancing files independently and can provide a strong level of client service.
This role would suit someone who wants to continue fee earning, but in a better supported, better structured and better paid environment.
