We're seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to support a young man with Autism & Epilepsy. You'll become part of a friendly & professional Team and help someone live their best life in a beautiful flat in central York (car parking space available whilst on shifts or rail/bus services close by).
Key Responsibilities:

Provide daily living support & companionship - developing trust through good listening skills

Promote independence & well-being - accompanying on outings to the theatre, cinema, bowling, shopping

Supporting the client to cook & eat well (some shared meals) and to keep his lovely flat clean & comfy (PA has own bedroom & bathroom)
About You:

Passionate about supporting individuals with disabilities

Calm, confident, and empathetic demeanour
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Reliable and trustworthy with a strong work ethic

Valid DBS check & references required

£14.45ph (day rate) £11.45ph (sleeping nights - 10hr block from 10pm till 8am)
