We’re looking for a friendly, hands-on Shift Leader to join the team at Jute Café Bar. If you know your way around a busy bar and restaurant, love working with people, and can keep things running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you!
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading shifts and keeping the team motivated.
- Making sure every guest gets great service and a warm Jute welcome.
- Helping with the day-to-day bits — cashing up, opening/closing.
- Jumping in where needed to keep things flowing on busy shifts.

- Some bar/restaurant or team leader experience.
- A confident, approachable personality and a “can-do” attitude.
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, buzzing environment.
