Role: Nursery Practitioner L3 Qualified
Location: Adderbury
Shift Pattern: Various available between 08:00am & 18:00pm
Contract: Permanent 35 or 42.5 hours per week available
Pay: £13.18 per hour
We at Edenvale are working with a client in Adderbury to find dedicated and caring qualified nursery practitioners to join their team. The setting cares for 3 month old babies up to 5 year old children, and currently has maximum capacity of 54.
The job:
- Supporting children’s learning and development through creative, fun, and age-appropriate activities
- Observing and assessing children’s progress in line with the EYFS framework
- Ensuring a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for children
- Building positive relationships with children, parents, and carers
- Supporting the wider nursery team to maintain high standards of care and education
- Assisting with day-to-day activities such as mealtimes, playtime, and naptime
- Helping to ensure the nursery meets all health, safety, and safeguarding standards
What you need:
- You hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- You have experience working in an early years setting and a strong understanding of the EYFS framework
- You’re passionate about providing high-quality care and supporting children’s development
- You’re enthusiastic, caring, and approachable, with a positive attitude
- You work well as part of a team, but are also confident in using your initiative
- You are keen to build strong relationships with children and their families
- You’re committed to creating a safe, nurturing environment for every child
