We have an exciting new vacancy for a Night receptionist to join our team at Sachas Hotel in the vibrant Manchester City Centre. Sachas Hotel is a 223-Bedroom hotel located adjacent to the renowned Piccadilly Gardens and just a short walk away from both Manchester Victoria Train Station and Manchester Piccadilly Train Station.

Your duties will include:
- Welcoming any late arrivals and checking guests in and out.
- Running the night audit using our internal system (Opera Cloud)
- Answering the telephone and addressing any enquiries.
- Looking after any guest requests
- Conducting regular security walks, floor checks, and light cleaning duties.
- Following all night shift procedures and any other duties as and when required.
- Completing the nights cleaning checklist ensuring public areas are kept clean
- Setting and clearing event rooms as and when required
The ideal candidate will have hospitality experience, strong computer literacy and working knowledge of opera cloud would be an advantage however this is not essential as full training will be given.
