Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer (Maternity cover) to join our dynamic human resources team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the 360 talent acquisition process by sourcing, engaging, qualifying, offering and on-boarding potential candidates. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a fast-paced environment, working within the HR team. The ideal applicant will possess strong communication skills, experience with applicant tracking systems, and a passion for building relationships within the talent market.
Duties
- Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential candidates through social media platforms and specialised databases such as ATS, LinkedIn and Indeed.
- Manage candidate pipelines by sourcing suitable applicants via various channels including social media management tools and job boards.
- Screening CVs and applications to ensure alignment with job requirements.
- Scheduling and carrying out online and in-person interviews and maintaining accurate records within applicant tracking systems (and Google).
- Develop and nurture relationships with prospective candidates to enhance talent pools for current and future vacancies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide regular updates on candidate progress.
- Maintain an organised database of candidate information while ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives through social media management and engagement activities.
- Manage and oversee the full candidate journey from sourcing, to initial contact, to interviews, to offer, to on-boarding ensuring a smooth transition.
- Support with any HR enquiries or day to day support, involving absences, probations, or other HR issues.
Skills
- Proven experience in lead generation and candidate sourcing using Indeed and LinkedIn.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Google drive
- Knowledge of relationship management principles to build long-term connections within the human resources sector.
- Experience working within human resources or recruitment environments is essential; agency background preferable but not essential. Enthusiasm for learning is key.
- Sales hiring experience essential.
- Media recruitment experience desirable but not essential.
- Organised with excellent attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new tasks and demands while maintaining a professional approach at all times.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
