We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and presentation standards.
- Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and deliver drinks promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and bar equipment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and licensing regulations at all times.
- Manage cash transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Monitor guest behaviour to promote responsible drinking and address any issues professionally.
- Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth service throughout shifts.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service in a lively environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Good understanding of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service.
- Excellent serving skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions efficiently.
- Strong organisational abilities and time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high standards of service.
- A personable attitude with a genuine enthusiasm for creating positive guest experiences.
