Job Title - Finance Assistant
Trizo Ltd are recruiting for their busy manufacturing business in Bridgwater.
The role is to assist the Financial Controller in ensuring that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed and reported.
Duties to include, but not limited to –
Daily
Input of all Supplier Invoices into Sage, matching to the correct purchase order, delivery note and assigning to the correct URN.
Liaising with Buying Department to resolve any queries arising.
Liaising with Suppliers as and when required.
Production and Distribution of Sales Invoices.
Liaising with Customers and responding to requests and queries when required.
Posting all bank transactions to Sage and performing daily reconciliations.
Monthly
Purchase Ledger -
Supplier statement reconciliations.
Preparing and processing the supplier payment run twice per month.
Sales Ledger –
Production and Distribution of Customer Statements.
Ideal Candidate -
AAT Qualified level 2 / 3
Working knowledge of SAGE (preferably Sage50) is essential.
Methodical approach to work with excellent attention to detail.
Confident verbal and written communicator.
Hours – Monday to Thursday 8am – 5pm, Friday 8am – 2.30pm.
Salary - 28,500 per annum DOE
