Children's Home Deputy Manager
Location: Leicester / Leicestershire
Type: Permanent, Full-Time | 40 hours per week
Essential Requirements
- Experience working in Children’s Residential Settings
- Experience working in a supervisory / shift lead role in Children’s Residential Settings
- Minimum Level 3 Diploma qualified
- Good knowledge of safeguarding and Ofsted Regulations
- Aged 21+
- Right to work in the UK (British Citizen or 5 years consecutive UK residency)
- Full UK driving licence
- Clear enhanced DBS (or ability to obtain) and satisfactory references

- £33,024pa – £37,152pa (experience/qualification dependent)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a child-centred team
- All aspects of Deputy Manager duties & Safeguarding Lead
- Ensure compliance, quality care, and positive inspection outcomes
- Oversee care planning, staff development, and day-to-day operational needs
- Deputising in absence of the manager.
