Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Outbound Telesales Advisor to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging potential clients through outbound calls, promoting our services, and generating new business. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your sales skills within a supportive environment, utilising CRM software and engaging with diverse clients. Fluency in English is essential, The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a persuasive manner, and experience in B2B sales or telemarketing.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our services
- Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to maximise sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions within CRM
- Follow up with potential clients to nurture leads and convert prospects into customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching targets
- Keep abreast of product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain professional conduct during all interactions
Experience
- Previous experience in B2B sales or telemarketing is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections confidently
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously
- Experience working in a target-driven environment is desirable
- Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm Fridays 9am to 2pm
