Salary:
£32,680 (£30,000 + £2,680 Shift Allowance)
Rising after probation to
£33,661 (£30,900 + £2,761 Shift Allowance)
Shift Pattern
12-Hour Panama Shifts (7am – 7pm & 7pm – 7am)
- Week 1 – Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun
- Week 2 – Wed, Thurs
Key Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience working in a food manufacturing or production environment
- A strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding and commitment to health and safety standards
- A Forklift Licence would be ideal; however training will be provided
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating and monitoring production line machinery to ensure accurate production.
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Completing routine maintenance on machinery to prevent breakdowns.
- Monitoring product quality throughout the production process.
- Completing regular equipment inspections and reporting any issues or malfunctions.
- Ensuring high standards of safety and hygiene throughout the facility.
- Complete machine changeovers in an efficient and safe manner.
