Responsibilities
- Perform a range of nail treatments including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, nail art with precision and creativity.
- Deliver various beauty therapies such as waxing, and other specialised treatments as required.
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding client preferences and advising on suitable treatments and colour choices.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Keep treatment areas clean, organised, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and foster a welcoming atmosphere.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products through ongoing professional development.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Nail Technician or Beauty Therapist is preferred but not essential; training can be provided for the right candidate.
- Proficiency in makeup application is desirable.
- Strong communication skills in English are required to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
