Key Responsibilities
- Support teachers during lessons across a range of subjects
- Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions
- Support pupils with SEN, SEMH or additional learning needs
- Build positive relationships that encourage confidence and engagement
- Help promote positive behaviour and a nurturing learning environment
- Prepare learning resources and classroom materials
- Provide feedback to teachers on pupil progress and engagement
- Contribute to an inclusive and supportive school culture
The Opportunity
- Full-time, Monday–Friday (term time only)
- September 2026 start – full academic year placement
