We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Female Support Workers to provide high-quality care to individuals in home care settings in the East Riding of Yorkshire Area, Including Bridlington. The role involves supporting clients with daily activities, medication management, and emotional well-being, ensuring they receive respectful and personalised care. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, patience, and a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for those they support.

Duties
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support with mobility and transfers, including use of lifting equipment, after training
- Administer medication in accordance with care plans and medical guidelines
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary requirements
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and update care plans regularly
- Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being
- Assist with light housekeeping duties to ensure a safe and clean environment
- Social support and shopping calls
Must have a UK driving licence and own a vehicle.
