Summary
We are seeking a dedicated FOH team member to join our team at The Walhampton Arms in Lymington. In this role, you will play a vital part in, ensuring an enjoyable experience for all our guests.
Responsibilities
- Serve drinks, wait on tables and check-in / out our guests
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests during their stay.
- Be a problem solver, and try to fix any issues that may arise with our guests.
- Uphold health and safety standards in all practices.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
