You will be part of a team of 3 chefs plus one pastry chef, covering lunch and dinner service at 60 covers first floor St.Elli’s Bay Brasserie.
The ideal candidate will have experience on hot and grill section, good knowledge of sauce making, cooking with fresh fish, seafood and various cuts of meats, pan frying and oven roasting.
Monthly bonus over the summer months, very good tips and other gratuities.
We can offer accommodation. We are not able to offer sponsorship visa.
This is a full time senior position Wednesday to Saturday with working hours from 10:00-22:00 and Sunday until 5:00pm.
