Remote Tele-Sales Appointment Setter (Home Improvements)

We are currently expanding our remote sales team within the home improvements sector and are looking for confident, self-motivated individuals who are comfortable working in a performance-focused environment.
This role is ideal for people with previous sales, telesales, customer service, or target-driven experience who want a remote opportunity with strong earning potential based on results.
The Role:
- Speak with homeowners regarding home improvement services (windows, doors, conservatories, etc.)
- Conduct outbound calls, including warm and cold leads
- Qualify customers and book appointments for field-based design consultants
- Maintain a professional and structured call approach
- Manage your own pipeline and follow call scripts where required
- Work towards daily and weekly performance targets
