Join Independence Support Ltd (ISL) – Make a Real Difference in People’s Lives!
At ISL, we operate a nurse-led crisis service across two sites in Chester and Ellesmere Port. This is a multi-site role, and you will be required to work across both locations. Our services provide support to individuals as an alternative to acute inpatient admission, offering en-suite accommodation, full dining facilities, and quiet spaces for 1-to-1 support.
The service works closely with the Crisis Home Treatment Team (CHHT) and supports people to avoid admission to hospital.
Our values guide everything we do:
· Positive: We support and encourage everyone to be the best they can be.
· Responsive: We listen carefully and act swiftly to meet needs.
· Courageous: We face challenges head-on and never shy away from difficult situations.
· Inclusive: We embrace diversity and value the unique contributions of every individual.
