Job Description:
Hours : Full time & Part time
Payscale : £13.50-£15.50/hour depending on age and experience
Clean driving license and the ability to travel between sites is a must.
Main duties to include:
- Preparing brunch and sandwich menu
- Managing kitchen cleanliness
- Placing kitchen orders
- Managing stock and menu costings
- Managing kitchen team, providing training in food preparation and SFBB practices
- Supervising regular cleaning/deep cleans
- Maintaining food hygiene records in accordance with SFBB
This is a daytime position, across two of our sites. We are looking for someone who loves food and enjoys working as part of a team. Previous experience in managing people and food production environments are a must
