We are seeking a highly organised and reliable Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing general office administration and clerical duties
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
- Preparing reports, spreadsheets, and documents using Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
- Data entry and database management
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Ordering office supplies and managing stock levels
- Supporting management with ad hoc administrative tasks
- Ensuring the office remains organised and operates smoothly
Requirements
- Previous experience in an office administration role preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (essential)
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and other Office applications
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritise workload and work independently
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist across various office functions
Pay: £24,420.00-£29,360.00 per year
