Be the first point of contact for internal and external calls , responding calmly, professionally and with genuine care
Carry out customer due diligence checks to ensure we meet Anti-Money Laundering Regulations , using database reports and accurate manual verification
Spot and escalate potential concerns , discussing high-risk situations with senior colleagues and supporting appropriate next steps
Support day-to-day administration and wider business needs ️ to help the department run smoothly
Investigate queries using available resources , propose practical solutions and follow through with clear updates.
What will I need?
A warm, patient communication style and a positive, helpful approach with customers and colleagues
Ability to work at pace, prioritise effectively and keep a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
A logical, inquisitive mindset to establish facts and communicate clearly and appropriately
Confidence navigating internal and external databases after initial training
Flexibility and enthusiasm to adapt to changing priorities to support the wider team when needed
