I am a physically disabled woman looking for staff members to work as a part of my 24/7 care team within my own home. I require support and assistance in all aspects of my personal and social care.
Pay Rate and Conditions
- £14.38 per hour (day/evening shifts)
- £114.40 flat rate (10 hour sleepover shifts)
- Entry into NEST pension scheme
- Paid holidays
Hours Available
- Variable depending on applicants
- Shift patterns vary according to needs and are on a rota basis given in advance, but the majority are 12 or 24 hour shifts including sleepover night shift.
What I Need From My Carers
- Reliable and committed - I rely on people showing up for their shift to live every aspect of my life and stay healthy.
- Flexibility - to work weekdays, weekends, evenings and overnight sleepovers.
- Female workers only need to apply as permitted under Schedule 9, part 1 of the Equality Act 2010.
- Preferred but not essential, full manual licenced drivers and non-smokers.
