We are looking for an experienced Registered Service Manager to join us during the Ofsted registration process for our new Supported Accommodation Service for Young Adults (16+)
This is an opportunity to be involved at the registration stage, working alongside the Responsible Individual to support the application through to successful Ofsted registration.
During the registration process, you will be paid a monthly retainer. Once the service is successfully registered, you will transition into a full-time permanent Registered Service Manager position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the Ofsted registration application as the proposed Registered Manager.
* Attending meetings and interviews with Ofsted as required.
* Providing professional guidance throughout the registration process.
* Assisting with operational planning to ensure the service is ready for registration and opening.
* Working closely with the Responsible Individual to achieve a successful registration.
Please note: All policies, procedures and supporting documentation required for submission of the Ofsted registration application have already been prepared.
Essential Requirements
* Experience as a Registered Manager within children’s residential care or supported accommodation for young adults (16+).
* Sound knowledge of the Ofsted registration process and relevant regulations.
* Suitable to be registered with Ofsted.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* Commitment to delivering high-quality, child-centred care.
