About Us:

Founded in 2018 and now with four restaurants in Colchester, Chelmsford, Ipswich and Norwich we’ve become one of Essex's busiest and most loved restaurants. We are focussed on serving great pizza and exceptional service to our guests – just check out our reviews! We also have huge ambitions to expand the brand and we are on the lookout for peopl who shares our enthusiasm and is ready to grow with us.

What We Offer:

· Work-Life Balance: We believe in the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance. We're closed on Mondays, and you're guaranteed one weekend day off each week. We are also closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day, with half shifts on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Team Member at Moto Pizza, you'll be at the heart of our operations, helping to create a warm and welcoming experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

· Customer Service: Exceed customer expectations by providing first-class service and ensuring a memorable dining experience.

· Problem-Solving: Be a proactive problem solver, addressing challenges with a positive attitude and helping the team work together to overcome obstacles.

Qualifications:

· A passion for the restaurant industry and a genuine love for food and service.

· Outstanding interpersonal skills and an unwavering friendly personality.

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

· An upbeat and positive attitude, even under pressure.
