Private Office Receptionist / Administrator (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Location: Colchester (Hybrid / Flexible Working Available)
£25,000 – £30,421 per year (pro rata for part-time) + performance bonus
Full-time or Part-time options available
Monday–Friday

About the Role

We are seeking a Private Office Receptionist / Administrator to join a fast-growing private office led by a female entrepreneur.

This is a flexible hybrid role based in Colchester, with the opportunity for remote working depending on the candidate. We are open to both full-time and part-time applicants, and are happy to shape the role around the right person.

You will be supporting day-to-day office operations, communication, scheduling, and general administrative tasks within a professional but friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities

Answering phone calls and responding to emails professionally
Managing appointments, calendars, and schedules
Supporting general administrative tasks and office organisation
Handling incoming queries from clients or partners
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Assisting with basic operational tasks as required

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Organised, reliable, and detail-focused
Comfortable using email, Word, and basic computer systems
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Able to work independently and manage tasks
No experience required – full training provided

We are more interested in attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn than previous office experience.
