If you've spent time in sales roles that promised everything and delivered very little — this is a different conversation entirely.

About us

Let Us Connect Ltd is a remote outbound sales team supporting financial advisers across the UK through structured lead generation. We're a straight-talking, results-focused business — no unnecessary hierarchy, no corporate noise, just experienced salespeople working from home and being rewarded properly for what they produce.

We're expanding the team and looking for people who are serious about sales, serious about earning, and ready to work somewhere that takes both of those things equally seriously.

What the role involves

Working from home, you'll make outbound calls via an automated dialler, build genuine rapport with consumers, handle objections professionally, and generate warm qualified leads — known as hot-keys — for our financial adviser partners. You'll work to clear weekly targets with the freedom to approach every conversation in your own way.

You won't be micromanaged, you won't be given a script, and you won't be working weekends. What you will get is a team around you that wants you to hit your numbers.

What we're offering

A reliable basic salary with monthly performance commission — transparent, consistent, and paid on time
Uncapped commission structure — the more qualified leads you produce, the more you earn

Working hours

Monday – Thursday: 9:15am – 6:15pm GMT

Friday: 9:15am – 3:00pm GMT

No weekends — ever.

Who should apply

You have at least 1 year of outbound telesales, cold calling, or lead generation experience. You're confident on the phone, resilient under rejection, and you perform best when you're given clear targets and the trust to go and hit them. You want to build your earnings over time and you understand that consistency is what makes that happen.

If you can talk, listen, handle a knock-back without sulking, and find your own laptop — you're basically already overqualified. Apply now.
