Recording inspection details on the data base and communicating comments to customers. Use a variety of software packages, including all MS Office products.

MRICS qualified Building Surveyor or APC candidate nearing qualification. Minimum 3–5 years’ relevant experience in Building Surveying consultancy.

Experience in plan checking (RBCA/local authority or consultancy). Providing clear, practical technical feedback.

Full, clean driving licence appropriate to the role and vehicle type. 2 corporate social responsibility days per year. Time-served, fully qualified electrician.
