University degree in relevant subject (mechanical engineering, product design, physics etc.) or other equivalent degreewith 5+ years of experience.

Directly supervises 0-10 Exempt and 0-3 Non-Exempt team members; Indirectly supervises efforts of vendors assembled to support specific project-related tasks.

It would be beneficial to be on-site 1 or 2 days a week, depending on the project needs and working remotely other days.
