Deliver effective customer service to customers, ensuring all requests and complaints are dealt with in a courteous, tactful, and timely manner.

Location: Peterborough and London - Hybrid Working 2-3 days in office weekly with attendance in London as required. Full time/37 hours per week/permanent.
