Leading, submitting, and managing planning applications, including liaison and negotiation with local planning authorities and other key stakeholders.

RTPI and/or RICS (P&D) qualified; Working with team members to develop planning strategies, prepare programmes and review information;

Developing access strategies, internal layouts and highway mitigation proposals in line with DMRB and local standards.

Your work will help clients navigate complex planning systems, manage risk and achieve positive outcomes in a timely and commercially effective manner.
