Occasionally participate in pre-sales processes (analysis of customer’s requirements, feasibility study, proposals, etc). Design (processes, use cases, UI).

Lead pre-sales and bid activity: shaping propositions, writing technical responses, and presenting solutions to senior evaluation panels.

Excellent stakeholder management skills are essential as you will interact with a broad spectrum of customers and internal team members.

You will work alongside senior staff, carrying out workshops, requirements gathering, configuration and delivering training to customers.

This role works closely with pre‑sales, delivery consultants, and operational teams, acting as a trusted technical authority and escalation point for customers.

Developing and hardening RAG pipelines and data access controls. Hands-on experience with LLMs, vector stores, orchestration, or agents.
