£26.40 an hour

Liaise with internal departments, external suppliers and customers. Present estimates and charges to customers. Carry out random QCs on engineers.

Phone, laptop, fuel card and company van. You must have an extensive knowledge on all aspects of trailers including ABS/EBS/Diagnostics etc.

Maintain a polite and professional attitude with customers who may be stressed. A friendly, "can-do" attitude and patience with customers.
