Manage and coach the handling of non-conformance reports (NCRs), conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Ensure works are carried out as per ITP’s including correct engineering checks, hold points, inspections and tests. A wide range of corporate discounts.

Works actively to close out NCR’s in a timely manner. Can review and create method statements and risk assessments. Completes an individual daily diary.

Identify and resolve complex technical and programme challenges, driving continuous improvement across the function. Life Assurance - 6x pensionable pay.
