£35,000 - £45,000 a year

Developing, implementing and managing the project Construction Programme (inclusive of Testing and Commissioning activities) in line with project Budgets.

Full UK driving licence with less than 3 points. Company car or annual car allowance, depending on your preference. Annual bonus up to 12 %.

£45,000 - £55,000 a year

Being aware of the need to satisfy customer requirements with the aim of enhancing the customers’ perception and satisfaction.

Ensure all “as constructed” records are provided to the CDMC for inclusion within the Health and Safety File in a timely manner following scheme completion.

Ensure project costs do not exceed tender/varied allowance. Establish and maintain the contract filing systems. Assist with the Project Management strategy.
