Have a good telephone manner and be comfortable speaking with clients on the telephone. Replying to sales enquiries on both freehold / leasehold properties.

Good understanding of residential property processes and common transaction stages (sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and leasehold matters).

Take phone calls, record them on the CMS and take necessary action. Demonstrates sound judgement and good decision-making when dealing with problems.
