Our retail stores are the face of our charity on the high-street and in local communities. Full training and experience of working in retail as a volunteer.

Act as a lead volunteer at local BHF events like collections and cheerpoints, managing and supporting our Action team volunteers on the day.

Supporting the shop manager to make sure customers have a great experience. Serve customers on the till in a warm and friendly way. A chance to meet new people.

Location: Local community (home visits & phone calls). Visit an older person in their home or offer regular friendly calls. Time commitment: 1–2 hours per week.

Our stores sell lots of great donated & new goods to help raise vital funds to make a real difference to disadvantaged children, young people and families…

Most volunteers attend two evenings each week, with optional weekends, camps and activities if you want to get involved. Running sports or outdoor activities.
